Vandalized Cabinets, where to report?

Hey All

Was on my way back from a medical appointment when I saw a Vandalized Cabinet, it basically had half its top pulled up and bent.

Also saw that our band new PCP cabinet has now got its doors yanked open, had a quick look inside and its all empty, wasn't too sure if BTOR has started the move over yet, I guess not due to I still have internet.
This I have a picture of, this is most probably hasn't had any work on it yet and I think I saw some blue rope in there.

So I was just wondering where do I report this?

Well that's them two issues sorted, ended up phoning them, much easier to explain the issues.
