TalkTalk to Zen

Hello,

So I am currently migrating my service from TalkTalk to Zen but the lady on the line said that in order to do that I would need to go back to ADSL first and then have the line regraded to fibre. Does that sound correct?

Some providers prefer that route as they feel less room for errors.

Yeah i tried FTTC>FTTC had no service for 8 days.

More than likely your line was a LLU line that needed to go back via BT first!

They had to pull the wires back a long way from Infinity to connect to earthly Sky.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk. Domains,site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Plusnet UnLim Fibre (FTTC). Sync ~ 52.8 (interleaved)/15.0Mbps @ 600m. - IPv4BQM IPv6BQM
