OK. Cab 4 looks like one of those being upgraded to fibre, and can be found (on streetview) here:

Anyway, bear in mind that, if you choose to change ISP (whether TalkTalk or not), you might want to swap to fibre within the contract period. You might want to check they'll let you swap.

The Annex M stuff is a special option that allows you to have higher upstream speeds, but only if you ISP will order it for you. Plusnet will, for example, but I think it costs something per month.
The ADSL2+ is likely the best speed that BT Wholesale could offer you, which means any ISP who retails the BTW products.
What kinds of speed does it estimate for you? TalkTalk will likely be the same - and the speeds the BTW checker predicts will also give us an idea whether you'll see an improvement from AOL.
