Fritzbox 7390 help

right am on BT Infinity 2 just got myself a Fritzbox 7390 setup was easy . but my problem is upload speed has gone from around 17mbps to 5mbps .

I have tried to edit the settings file with FBEditor-0.7.jar but when I upload it I get The specified file is not a valid import file.
