Probably good advice at the moment. You're okay as long as you're on a good gateway but some people appear to change gateways every other week and they often end up on one of the naff ones. The issue has been ongoing since January. Also their support seems to have gone back to being 'a bit pants' if you're unlucky enough to need it.

I'm only sticking with them because I tend to stay on the same gateway for months at a time and almost never need support so it's not huge inconvenience. I'm out of contract now though so if the situation deteriorates I'll be gone pretty sharpish.
