Replaced PCP cabinets?

Hi,

There is some roadworks going on beside the pcp cabinets in town for a few weeks now but as i past them a couple of hours ago i've noticed they have been replaced with brand new ones any reason why they might do that?

It's usually because they are physically full inside. The new ones are larger

Ah ok wouldn't have thought that, its a small village with no new buildings/homes that i have seen or heard about, i assumed it had something to do with fibre coming, weird thing is i've had no drops in internet that i can see and its my cab they replaced.

i thought that but they are physically bigger as in there more rectangular (landscape) instead of the rectangular (portrait) ones. If that made any sense

They have been replaced with the "Modernish PCP near a pub" and the old one looked like the "Another old PCP"

Exactly this reason. Sorry, I assumed FTTC was already enabled at the cabinet.
