Beware of over-briefing. It might show up and rule her out as coached. So far looks fine, but be careful smile.

Just thinking that luckily the people.when interviewed me were ok some of the lads got really grilled had some tough questions aswell

Thanks for all that information that's great!! I don't know if it's relaxed me abit or more nervous! Just worried about the interviews, are they really formal or quite relaxed in the interview?

Also this may sound like a stupid question as it is an interview, I was gunna go dressed smartly in suit like wear, is this appropriate or not?

Wear suit type wear its not quite as strict as normal interviews but they give nothing away they push u to get as much lyrically as possible

All interviews I've seen at OR (and I've seen a lot) have been, I would say, moderately formal! They definitely want you to be professional but they also want you to be yourself and like to see a bit of your personality.

I'd like to thank you so much for the infortmation you provided.
I had my assesment day yesturday and apparently it all went great as I had a phone call thismorning to say I have the job!!! I can't believe it! I start my training 5th October.

Congratulations I start training on Monday so will let u know what to expect. do u know where your training is.
