I have pointed out to BT there is an active line in the house, could even get them the current occupiers phone number but computer says no. No active line. £130 charge. They will waive the charge if I take out a new contract but it will be £36 per month, I said OK well then I will pay the early termination and leave which in theory should be 2 months at £26 but no £130 something. A shower of $hits springs to mind.
