yes of course... even wireless disabled. The poor download speeds are 24/7 and the worse than dialup internet in the evenings, and just general garbage less than 1mbit avg downloads are all the time.. 2mbit bust speedtest is still possible, but that just looks like such sites are given higher network priority to me.

as said this is something outside of my control... ..I'm sure my useless overpaid fecking isp just sees 3gb downloaded in 24hrs as somehow that is totally nothing wrong with the line and confirms with BT the same (if they even do personally I think they lie), just think in another 3days I'll finally have the rest of the effing game update to actually play it.
