In the first instance you need to connect to your router using a wired cable this will rule out any issue with the wifi, once you have a direct connection to the router you can start to look at what the possible issues are.
Do you have a computer or laptop or are all your devices tablets/phones?

This is not any old legacy product, which I too am on w/out being forced to change smile, but a special cheap BB offer to Orange mobile custs. There was a whole hoo-ha about their withdrawal on MSE about 2 years back as well as, I'm sure. a news item on TBB main site.
Oh yes! I remember now you mention it, the big hoo-ha was about Orange not honouring that �Free broadband for life� provided the customer had a mobile phone contract with them. mad
