In the first instance you need to connect to your router using a wired cable this will rule out any issue with the wifi, once you have a direct connection to the router you can start to look at what the possible issues are.
Do you have a computer or laptop or are all your devices tablets/phones?

Oh yes! I remember now you mention it, the big hoo-ha was about Orange not honouring that �Free broadband for life� provided the customer had a mobile phone contract with them.
