Yeah, the Home Hub looks like it's connected fine. It probably can't authenticate a session because it's attempting a PPPoE connection but TT don't use PPPoE.

Just to let you know that I am bought a TP Link router and the internet works fine. For future reference, I believe that they are pushing out a firmware upgrade (v.1.16t) which resolves the issue.
