Which ISP's provide Secure Sockets Layer with thier email?

Hi Guys this is my first post on the forum.
Can anyone recommend any decent ISP's that provide Secure Sockets Layer with thier email?

Not an answer to your question but the obvious suggestion is don't use an ISP. Use a 3rd party mail host (which can be done pretty cheaply) and break the link with ISP mail. Far more flexible.

The domain costs went up on 1 March to £7.19pa due to Nominet, the .uk top level domain (TLD) authority raising their prices dramatically, and I haven't updated yet. Lite hosting, which is all most people need is still £14.99 per year. Total equivalent £1.85 per month.

I would second the suggestions not to use ISP email.

Some providers that don't support SSL email are TalkTalk, Plusnet and EE.

Sky, BT and Zen do support it.

One solution could be to use Google's Gmail.
Depending on what you need, either their free offering or
Google Apps for Work: https://apps.google.com/intx/en/products/gmail/

Thanks for your reply. I do have 2 domains of my own BUT TalkTalk block outgoing server!!!

Are you sure they aren't just blocking port 25 outgoing? (Which isn't SSL of course). Very few ISPs block SSL ports.

Thanks Oliver, I am an apple user so it looks like my choice of new broadband provider is limited to the above three?

tried 25, 465. 587 all blocked, i want to use SSL

Plusent have a trial SSL system. Some customers are able to send using it. The trial has been running for some time. You can find details on the Plusnet forum.
