Hi all just logged in for the first time in weeks
Nice to know i was not the only one experiencing these issues with driving licenses and start dates

After waiting weeks i finally got my offer through and i start training in yarnfield June 27th i see a few others also start then, anyone from the north west? Congratulations to those who have start dates and contracts, im just waiting on my disclosure to come back i only did it last tuesday, and all the best to those still waiting believe me i know what that feels like

Zarjaz, I was working from memory and wrong! Mon - Sat is 1.5 according to the agreement.

Seriously, congratulations to all of you in this latest batch. It was a bit worrying after the first ones all got taken on quite quickly and you all got parked.

- Thermal underwear is your friend.

The secret is layers. The waterproofs you'll be given are very good these days. They issue, if you ask, a 'Thinsulate' balaclava which can be worn beneath your helmet .. you look like a right tit, but who cares, you'll be a warm tit.

- Get a flask and learn its ways.
