Errrr yes, and no!

I know exactly why they don't advertise them thank you. I wasn't writing a book, but if you look at the post I replied to the poster was confused even over the product speeds themselves.

As they are sold as "up to", then saying they are sync speeds does not rule out the ISPs advertising them as headline speeds. As I in effect explained to the OP. In the first two paragraphs.

Ahh I thought I read somewhere it could not be ordered on new ISP orders but must be wrong!

Actually sky is still offering it so yep.
