Your IP Profile should have changed, visible in the Further Diagnostics of the
BT Wholesale Performance Test, (ignore the red instructions, just say yes), as per my post earlier, but Plusnet hold a slightly lower copy of that in your
Current line speed, which they use to limit your speed. That only updates three or four times a day.
Check it now, and if it hasn't changed by tomorrow get them to update it. The auto update does occasionally fail, but the notification of a new IP Profile from BTW only arrives once. So if it has failed, it will stay that way until the next IP Profile change.
