Is there any chance you could upload a photograph of that master and faceplate somewhere and give us a link to it smile. I ask that because Openreach are in the process of introducing new types (NTE5C) instead of the NTE5As we have been getting for years.

So you have no phone connected. Do you have a corded phone so you can plug in and do the quiet line test?

Is your modem the new BT Smart Hub or is it a Homehub5?

The Router is the BT Smart Hub and i am currently waiting for my phone to arrive.
