They were also interviewing in Essex the 1st and the 2nd of November so you can see how big this intake could be? We had 14 on my session including 2 no shows so 56 over the 2 days possibly

Can't use the laptop for personal use, only work and to use the intranet. We got iphone 5c's to use.

If you get to know the other people in your group is good in the evenings as you can socialise. Yarnfield has a bar with some pool tables and darts. If you get placed at other accomodation for the remaining 4 weeks its normally 4 star but in remote areas, thats my case anyway and been placed around essex and harrow. Last week dinner was provided and just chose from the menu, this hotel i've been given £25 allowance to spend on whatever at the bar or restaurant.

Yarnfield there is wifi eveywhere, also the hotels i have stayed in it has been available. As for stopping off at services I did after collecting my van to fill up and take a break from driving. Also during the second week we were allowed to drive during lunch to get some food. Best check with your tutor and not take anything for granted.

Also has there been any mention of there being a training facility in Cardiff? I know that city very well and live within 20 miles of it so that would be perfect for me

No, £25 voucher just for dinner. I've been getting either a full english or continental breakfast, sandwich, crisps and drink for packed lunch. This may not he the case at every hotel you stay in as last week we had choice of 3 course meal from the menu, buffet breakfast and packed lunch.

Not heard anything about a training facility in Wales. I had a couple of blokes on my induction at Yarnfield who were from there. There were a few from Scotland too who had to travel quite a way to get there. Not sure if they are using Yarnifield as a primary base for inductions as the site is massive and plenty of rooms to accomodate staff. They also have their on-site training rooms there too. Its also ver close to Magna park in Leicester where you collect your vans.

Thanks for taking the time to answer all these questions.

It would be nice to get a fixed date soon. I'll be able to relax for Christmas then knowing that I won't have to go back to my current job after the holidays.
