You will find the new clip joints are a lot easier to put on then the old HS ones .

Watch out when undoing the clips cos there's nothing worse than getting your cold fingers hit by a clip. I used to always use a screwdriver number 2

Deffo thermal vests/longjohns. And keep a clean dry towel in the van. Nowt better after working in the lashing rain/sleet/snow to be able to dry your face... Oh and a slurp of coffee from the flask laugh

You used to get issued a bucket and bailer. The bailer was like a small wok. It was for removing water out of jointboxes. Most people would also use the bailer for having a pee in if you had to nip in the back of the van &#55357;&#56842;

It's original purpose was to melt lead in for hot plumb joints.

The lid off a MC31 works well so i am told !

I wouldn't worry mate.

I had an email saying I'd passed but online i some how had two applications. One that says pending feedback the other that says application unsuccessful
