I was told my contract expires 6/12 and that I was to be charged for early exit because my new ISP had chosen a transfer date of 6/12.

Expires 06/12 and transfers 06/12?
Where is the issue then?

How much early exit could they charge? One day..... If they did simply raise a complaint.

Or the other option is to wait till the end of contract and then move....

No matter what when you move there is always a better cashback option or price point/promise smile

True, but sometimes it is not all about the best deal money-wise. I would have stayed with Plusnet if they had bothered to respond to my request for a deal. wink
