I'm from Swindon and got told it would be the Swindon area for the job. I'm in same boat though got to give 4 weeks notice so I'm praying I get start date soon

Well, having emailed one of the recruitment team (Laura) this morning, I just received a reply stating that they're hoping to recieve starting dates for training in the new year. So there goes having Christmas off! Haha!

i emailed vince yesterday he said hed heard nothing yet

So I guess that means they won't have a date sent to them till the new year which would mean us lot are unlikely to start in january

wish id known about this before assessment day. it was said there was a job for each of us if we passed. so therefore id assume locations were sorted before we got picked and went to the interviews. so it should be easy enough to load us onto training.

Im quite deflated about the last several weeks. The initial stages were quite hasty from telephone interview to getting booked to assessment centre. I've not had anything from Laura since the 16th and only going on what others have been told. I had emailed last Friday but never got a response however some others have had emails sent after.

Anyone else had successful contact? I tried the number on the info sent with appointment for assessment day however just rings out. I just would rather be told something than kept in the dark even if it's the news that others have been told.

I had my assessment day on September 21st, got the passed email on the 22nd and didn't hear a thing until they rung me on the 22nd of November with a start date for January. So I waited 2 months for any kind of contact. So 3 and a half months on between my assessment and start date. Probably doesn't help you but gives you and indication on how long it takes
