Yeah I had a fair idea it would be lengthy, what has frustrated me is if they know people won't get an agreed date just fire then an email. I'm sure it would reduce the emails they receive

I've emailed Laura as she emailed me 3 weeks ago saying she'd be in contact in a couple of weeks I'll keep you posted.

I got an email yesterday off Margie advising they were waiting for training dates to be confirmed and Vince would be dealing from 5/1/17.

did wveryone just get the email off laura saying they were still waiting?

Just had this from Laura, worries me slightly because it sounds like they are deciding weather or not to take any more on than arrange training dates. all we can do is wait!

the operative words there is 'recruitment plan'. it seems like they had too many people pass assessments and they dont even know if theres jobs available, ie they assessed us without a recruitment plan.
Im not holding my breath anymore on this and im applying elsewhere, ill just keep this as a possible backup.

Thats the way I read it the wording is very careful, and it has been up until this point. apart from on the assessment day no job has ever been mentioned!

Seems like this is an email that comes before the "I'm sorry there's no positions available" email.

I had the same email off them today, looks like they held all the assessment centres with no real plan regarding what was going to happen going forward, despite what we were told on the day about jobs being in place. Still not even the slightest mention of a job at the end of all this.
