We got brand new Vauxhall Vivaros. Tips, I'd say make sure it's definitely what you wanna do, and that you can handle the heights. Not sure what other tips really, be ready to listen maybe. As for change of course date I couldn't say, there's 16 of us in this course, I'm not sure how many new recruit courses usually run at the same time

Sorry probably didn't explain enough, the change of course was somebody on an earlier course was suggesting there may be a split in the 5 weeks residential course with a week or 2 buddying in the middle. Thanks for the info and good luck for the rest of the course.

I would imagine it's going to be the same time frame, due to sheer volume of people they have to sort, I was just glad to hear some positive news.

I am trying to be mate! Lots of stuff going on with BT/Openreach recently with the ofcom ruling and today I read about some kind of scandal with BT exaggerating their profits to put shares up... very worrying not sure where it leaves Openreach.

The more Ofcom separate Openreach the less it will have to do with it. But the more it will encourage them yo split it off!

I'm not sure if any of the guys that started in Jan could provide a insight but I was told on the phone that when we do get start dates we would receive our contracts 6 weeks before we start so to recieve those and allowing time for any pre employment checks I'm assuming that when we do hear back by the end of Feb that it will be at least 6 weeks notice for the training.
