SOGEA if I remember correctly is being able to have line-only with no phone service. I don't think it's been rolled out yet, but haven't checked.
18/2 is a new'ish Openreach product for long lines I think, allowing a slightly lower price. You can check the OR prices if you google
Openreach price list. Not available to you as you can get higher speeds.
Sim provide is providing a line-only at the same time as the FTTC, just like SIM provides on normal lines and ADSLx/FTTC. 18/2 FTTC is I believe available on normal lines like anything else.
