crosstalk. line card question

Hi i will keep this post brief as i dont want to bore you all

1) If i was suffering from crosstalk on a fibre internet connection would it show up on a GEA test?

2) can the speed coming out of a line card only be tested by going to the fibre cabinet or can it be done by some way remotely

1. Not that am aware of, a line card with vectoring enabled may report some data to the operator

2. As the copper has attenuation to measure VDSL sync at line card you need to be at the line card.
