The video interview is a new thing started this year. Most people have had a year or more journey to get a start date

I don't mind the wait, I'm just not very optimistic after my video interview which I feel wasn't as strong as it could be.

What sort of questions do they ask on the video interview? Since this process is so new, can't find any information anywhere.

Would be nice to findout if they are general interview questions or competency based?

How does the flexi time work? What's the most flexi you can knock off your shift on a single day? Say for the school run etc.

Can see a few comfort breaks needing to be taken, might also need to refuel too.
