In answer to your earlier question about a 3dB margin - I would leave it a week or two and see how stable your connection is. You still have about 1dB spare anyway.

Do a resync an hour or two after dawn - from experience years back I found that was the best time.

I used to have circa 6000-6400 (day time) sync speed at 6db on a 50db attenuation, part of the D side is ali. Granted the ali part isnt very long tho.

and now lucky you, with fibre. they said my cabinet wasnt commercially viable frown
