Quite likely they are just really busy with everything I guess, or lack of access to a computer etc. smartphones are great and all but logging in here and typing on one is a complete pain in the [censored] in my experience.

I would love to hear some feedback on the first week though so if any you guys are reading this feel free to post an update

Evening all, just curious I've applied for my disclosure Scotland certificate. Does this arrive in the post and does it have to be signed for? Only reason I ask is have a royal mail missed you card and it says has to be signed for can't think of anything else I've ordered
