I waited 8 days to hear back from my assessment day! I was certain I hadn't got it....

Hey folks,
to anyone that did the Birmingham assessment on the 19th....I was there...probably the oldest guy with the grey hair slick back.
So...I got an offer yesterday, really surpised at the speed.
Agreed to 22nd May at Yarnfield, then Croydon...and working in Newcastle Under Lyme

Unsure why Croydon, is that for a certain role ? or what my job offer title is as yet.

Might ask for longer start date, as even in the email they say the process starts with contracts 6 weeks before start date, so to make sure not rushed, get DBS and references etc etc sorted.
Hate to be panicking if a rush and all not sorted and all boxes ticked.

Maybe even sneak in a week away of sunshine too

Anyone else at Brum got an offer...plus start date...plus Croydon ?
Cheadle lad....or Meir Heath guy ??

Due to some planned holiday my training starts the 31st July and I'm going to be based in Walsall, which is a good 30/40 min drive lol
