Do other ISP's say it's available?

It may be a Plusnet error.

I've checked 5 in total. The only ones that show fibre availability is plusnet and EE oddly enough. I assumed BT and EE were the same thing.

Plusnet, and EE and are both owned by BT.

Have you cleared your cache and tried BT again? Done the same earlier for me today (my cab went live around mid day) and BT said not available, I'd checked it with them this morning.

Can you do a screenshot of the DSL checker?

The various ISP's pull their info direct from there and or the Openreach system which holds the line data.

Cleared cache but same results unfortunately. That wouldn't explain BT over the phone not showing fibre either.

Strange indeed, looks like a database issue.

Using the address on the wholesale DSL checker brings it up as being connected to cab 1.

The other oddity is that when checking the property "viewfield" on the DSL checker, it shows as the exact same speed estimations at your telephone number check, but as being connected to cab 1.

Think you're just gonna need to sit it out for a little while. AIO are notorious for database issues when they first go live due to the nature of the network rearrangements that take place.

Yeah, i think you're right.

I did speak more about the address checker showing cab 1 still on a previous thread but no one was interested laugh

I've waited this long, whats another month eh.

well i checked bt website again this morning and is now showing fibre available to me.

What i don't understand is faster broadband is £38 a month and infinity 1 is £29.99 a month. Faster broadband is upto 15mbps and infinity one is upto 52, seems a little backwards to me.

I think i'll go with the infinity 1, sounds like a good deal to me.

You can only get Infinity 1 if your speed estimate is greater than 15meg.

Really? Is that why it didn't show when i put my info in. Well, i guess i won't be going with them. Why is it so much more expensive, slower speed more to pay? It doesn't make sense to me. In all honesty it makes me angry.
