Automatic Compensation

Looks like Ofcom have now announced what will happen with automatic compensation - BBC News

Call me a cynic but I have a feeling that broadband/landline prices will go up at an even higher rate over the next 2 years to allow the companies to recoup the £142M per year that Ofcom believes will be paid out in compensation.
