Pair Divert Activity 08

anybody in the know have any further info about what this openreach message means?

Someone had ordered a new line. The routing and records dept see that the serving DP for the property has no spare pairs on it.

Activity 8 (a �subset� of the main job number) is raised by the records team to get a pair diverted to the required DP so the customer can be given servicebon the date required.

Yet again my old mate Z is on the money.

Back in the day plan do guys were very good at doing the hard ones.
