Thats good news then. What router do you recommend for load balancing ?
I dont think you will find many dual adsl modem routers (all in one unit).
So you are going to have to get a cable router and two modems or at least a adsl router with ability to take another wan2 connection with a standalone modem.
And im not sure a domestic dual wan cable router will load balance like Untangle does, I used a Synology router for a while and that load balanced by sticking the whole device onto the balanced WAN connection, it didn't split it at the individual session level. The policy routing on it also was very very basic. You really need to be looking at the Open source routers like Untangle, pFsense etc, that give the flexibility, some are free to install. So you would need a multi-NIC mini PC type of box and be happy to install a Linux based OS. Search "pFsense" in Amazon should bring up all sorts of boxes, some pre-installed with pFsense (which is free to run, but you dont have to keep it, anything can be installed). And get ready for a steep learning curve if you are not familiar with any of this, but they all have forums to ask questions and look for help.
Edit: After a quick bit of googling the TPLINK TL-R470T+ or the 480 may do what you want, saw a youtube vid showing it combine two connections on a speed test (multi socket) - you would still need two modems though.
