Results are being returned consistent with what we would expect from our FTTC line,
There is a glitch after the Additional Diagnostic button. I am then taken to a screen where I can select from:
I have a Broadband Circuit ID
I am a ADSL and Fibre to the cabinet customer
I have a Fibre to the premises broadband.
If I select the ADSL/FTTC option I am asked to enter a postcode and house number after which I am told that FTTP is not available. If I select the FTTP option, I am then asked to enter my telephone number after which I get a revamped version of what used to show when the Further Diagnostics button was clicked on the old site. These statistics can now also be downloaded as a PDF report.
