to access ip profile you have to use BTw speedtest here
https://speedtest.btwholesale.com and when it done and click Additional Diagnostic and put your phone number in (if you got WLR on it) but if you got SoGEA then you have to ask your ISP for Access Line ID
BTw stated:
Q7. Do I always need to enter a Broadband Service ID?
A7. You can use the Telephone Number (directory number or DN) for traditional Broadband services provided over copper including ADSL, FTTC VDSL & G.fast. If you have problems using the Telephone Number please contact your Broadband provider to request your Broadband Service ID.
Q8. What is an Access line ID or ALID?
A8. This is a unique identifier for Single order Broadband products. Your Broadband provider should give this to you.
