It's one service that for a while has two valid logins. Behind the scenes each login directs your traffic to a different ISP.
Indeed, the magic is the realm (the part after the @ in your username). It's this that defines which ISP BTWholesale will try and establish a session with. This is called session steering and allows the ISP to identify which customer is attempting to connect and direct certain customers to certain broadband gateways (e.g. north/south).
You could actually use your line to login to
any BTW ISP providing that they are set up to accept your BBEU ref, which is used to identify your circuit. Most ISPs will ignore requests from BBEU references that they don't recognise/aren't responsible for.
