Don't worry about it. We all have that t-shirt 😁

I've got the t-shirt; I just can't remember what I got it for.

WiFi calling on mobiles only works if the network is working as Three/Smarty/iD customers have found in the last few days...!
Isn't that what I in effect said in the part of my post you removed from the quote? Bearing in mind my original error occurred precisely because I rely entirely on Three, which I had stated smile.

I was unclear if you were talking about true mobile, or mobile using WiFi (over fixed line broadband) or VoIP technologies over fixed line broadband.

Our BB failed on 2 Feb which killed the telephone too. Fortunately we have the BT Hybrid Hub in addition to the BT Home Hub 2 so we were able to communicate. I asked the BT Openreach engineer today how people could/should report a fault if both BB and phone were off the air and they only had a mobile ?
He gave me this number and readers might like to make a note of it . . .

08006781107 - which is apparently 'BT Wholesale' - no, I don't know either.

You can't call BT Wholesale nor Openreach unless you're a broadband provider.

You call whoever you pay for your service.
