FTTP Incorrectly Not Showing

[link to this post]

I'm at a loss about what to do, so please help if possible.

FTTP was installed into the block of flats directly above my flat. MDU Desk and landlords adv that FTTP is available and they have visually confirmed I should be able to order. When using the Openreach Fibre Checker it shows I am not able to order FTTP, however the flats directly above me who share the same CAB can order FTTP.

Broadband Availability checker shows I share the same CAB and Exchange as the FTTP enabled flats, engineers onsite say I can and visually confirmed. But I can't progress and order, I've reached out before to Openreach and to be fair haven't heard anything back, My ISP did state due to my flat and the above flats not sharing the same postcode was most likely the cause of the issue. What can I do to move this on and resolve this.

Try below

Complete the form here about your neighbours being able to get fibre but you can't.

https://www.openreach.com/forms/fibre-broadband-avai...
Have you checked to see if your address is listed on the other postcode?

Good shout. I've checked and it's not listed. I've filled out the form and will patiently wait. But I have little faith in a positive outcome on this. Any difference between this form and my ISP raising a query with Openreach ?

Lots of people have been lucky with that form so I will keep my fingers crossed for you. if you don't get anywhere with it there is always the direct route via email to Clive Selley the Openreach CEO

Gotcha, thanks. I will update here when I receive a response from Openreach.

We can possibly escalate with OR but see if that form works first.
If you get nothing by end of this week let us know.

So, I received a response: to get the building landlord to complete a Wayleave form. Which isn't what I was looking for. Unfortunately, the ticket was closed, so I couldn't respond with an update.

Send an e-mail with all your details including full address etc to [email protected] - reference this thread as well and say I asked you to e-mail in. We can see what we can do (no promises).
