I use Brave which is chromium based privacy fork so all of the benefits of that but without any of the Google stuff. I've had no issues getting 1gbit in the browser tests.
Chromium is the base and the others built their own stuff on top; Edge, Brave, Opera, Chrome are all Chromium based. You can actually run basic Chromium too! There is a start of a list here.
I have it on Mac, Windows, Linux and IOS.Caution on iOS, unless you are in the 27 EU countries the browsers are just Safari engine with a third party UI. This allows you to sync bookmarks and settings across all Brave, or Firefox, or Chrome machines, but it doesn't mean you're using Brave to connect to the website.
