Don't know that anybody produces a silent mouse.

Two alternatives spring to mind:

1) Boots do a good line in moudable wax earplugs;

2) Get the wife a pair of boxing gloves to wear. tongue

I play farm town and very rarely click... mind its thanks to a tiny proggy called moses clicker that does the clicking for you... it's free.. check it out.
Any problems with it PM me cos I got it sussed now wink
