PCI Express 2.0 or 1.0

Can anyone tell me if the following Motherboards can take a Radeon 4650 Graphics Card, I think both boards are 1.0

GigaByte P31-ES3G
ASUS P5LD2

Should do, running in even 1.0 won't be a limit on the gpu's performance since it's a slow card.
