New BT smart hub 2 capped at 50Mbps upload?

I have yesterday received a replacement BT smart hub 2 for my fibre 900 service.

the previous smart hub 2 i had was causing the BT wifi discs to keep disconnecting ( i have 4 of these and they would all randomly disconnect ) so a new hub has been sent.

However, on connecting this yesterday and checking all ok, the upload seems to be capped at 50Mbps - i did not have this issue with the previous Smart hub.

don't suppose anyone knows a fix for this do they? would rather not have to call them up to fix

Resetting the Hub sometimes works.
It's a known issue.
There's a thread over 10 pages long in the BT forums about it.

It's a known bug. Not sure what the latest info on it is but there's a lengthy thread on the BT Forums:

i have reset the hub however this has not made any difference, and my previous smart hub 2 which i got when they were first launched never had this issue.
