Just checking to see if any other Synology users have been getting the following push notifications / email from their Synology box:
“Xxxx Unable to upload data. Please check the Internet connectivity.“
I think this may be DNS related but not dug into it fully yet. That or an issue centrally. Box was upgraded to DSM 7.1.1-42962 Update 7 a couple of days ago, which may or may not also be coincidental.

Active Insight is reporting a “partial outage” on the Synology status web page. That could be the problem.
Edit: Just checked again and now it’s “Operational”, so if the messages persist that was it it.

There weren’t any reported outages on those other two dates, so it must be some other cause.

Hmmm, having a browse through the logs can't see anything else obvious at the time the notifications / emails were generated.
Looking at when this all started, think it may be the latest '- update 7" to DSM, as the first report coincides almost exactly with the update being complete.

OK so have kicked off the process of updating (manually) from 7.1.1-42962 Update 7 to the latest 7.2.2-72806 Update 2.
See if that resolves matters. 🤞

Box is now running the very latest 7.2.2-72806 Update 2.
So will see if that alleviates the issue.

I manually upgraded to 7.2.2 yesterday and it seems to have gone away - fingers crossed
