Various multiple boot entries have appeared in the UEFI boot menu and my OCD wanted me to clean it up.
I have found two ways. One in Linux and one in bootable Windows.
The Linux way is to get a Live USB of Ubuntu/Solus boot up into the test environment and open a terminal then with the command 'sudo efibootmgr' to list all the boot entries in UEFI and using the command 'sudo efibootmgr -b 3 -B' again in the terminal you can remove boot entry number 3 or change the number for other entries.
The other way is to find a bootable EasyUEFI USB ISO and boot from it which provides a graphical way to manage the boot menu.
Hope this helps someone in the future.
