The only extensions that I see are connected with Dell Support and system set up through their Quick Set add-on.

As for McAfee, at times Dell has supplied other AV - they re doing it more as a reminder that people need some AV and if you ask for it to be removed, it is an acknowledgement that you know it was offered.
