Anyway to see the system boot log?

I've got a windows 7 computer and I've noticed on the boot up, before it gets to loading windows it beeps. I just happened to glance at the screen as the beep happened and noticed something flashed up 'not found'.

Is there any program or way for me to read the screen when it flashes up like that?

Demon => Freeserve => Pipex => Be => Sky => BT Infinity 2
