When it's something myself or our son can't do, I'm grateful for their help.
We'd been trying for days to get the earlier monitor settings right a few years ago, so it was good to get such help ....didn't even buy the monitor from them either.

As for the hard drive space, it seems it was more than just moving or deleting a few things, so I was happy to let them do it ..and I was watching all the time, so nothing got deleted or put in the wrong place that I wasn't able to prevent (a database for ACDSee was one).

You have much more ability with tech stuff, so don't need that kind of help

I mean things like downloads and programmes I no longer need, and can delete myself .... but anything not easily visible to me, I don't mess around with

I did not think they was still going, they are a bit pricey. Never used them myself, but I do know of someone who used to and they used to think they was ok.
