USB Cables

I currently have a USB cable with Type A at one end an Type B connector at the other. I need to change it to have a Micro B - superspeed in place of the B connector. However removing the cable is not an easy option and would prefer an adapter.

Can anyone locate a short Type B female to any other, A, MicroB or Micro B superspeed cable?

Unfortunately not ... it is a Standard B (right image) that I need to connect to

Just searched that ebay shop and found http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/USB-2-0-Adapter-Female-B-F... which will bring me back to a standard A so I can they use an A to microB suoerspeed.

I had searched numerous places yesterday with no luck!
