Web casting

My wife has had her three contracts, "placed on hold or released from" meaning no work. However some of her students may be interested in on-line group sessions she can run. ANd the chance of me getting any work in te near future is probably close to nil.

Software is not a problem - plenty of options available, but we need to source suitable hardware. The PC is fine but the camera is not ideal and the microphone does not pick up well at much over a metre or so.

1. Any recommendations for a lightweight headset and microphone which must be wireless?
2. A suitable camera would be needed too - that could be a wired one rather than wireless if that is the better more reliable option?

I had to run a course using Zoom earlier this year because of the inclement weather. I use two monitors (so not a laptop screen) and perch a Logitech C270 webcam on top of one of them so you get a reasonably natural position at eye level. It's USB rather than wireless. It worked fine although for best results you need to think about lighting yourself and the background.

It does have a built-in microphone although I've never used it. It might be wonderful for all I know...

I use a Jabra USB headset so can't help with a wireless headset, sorry.

Good luck.
