NVMe SSDs

I have several SSDs that I need to pull data off and then use for some network storage.

Can anyone recommend a mount for them with a USB preferably C,

how many?

if the storage is going to be permanent addition a pc might be better with a 4x or 8x nvme pcie nvme card (the mobo may need pci bifurcation )

Three x 1 TB at present, maybe one or two more.
