Progress update on a building installation

My building has chosen to have Hyperoptic installed, I am really looking forward to 1Gps connections, however, the work started mid last year, but it never got completed, the status page just says the cable is being ordered, but the cable is already there, just need to go into flats. Where can I find out what's happening with the installation? Thanks,
